The AWS Class ERNiCr-3 SAW and Flux Welding Wire is produced from a nickel-chromium-iron alloy, generally consisting of 67% Ni, 20–23% Cr, with the remainder being Fe, plus small quantities of Mn, Nb, and additional elements that enhance weldability and stability. This filler metal offers high tensile strength, outstanding ductility, and exceptional resistance to oxidation and corrosion, even under high temperatures.
